My family is everything, I enjoy spending time with my children, grand-children and great-grands. My passion, I love to sing, and enjoy taking long rides with my husband.
Prior to being in this industry, my background was in HR/Recruiting/Staffing for over 19 years.
I am dependable, reliable, and prompt, always arriving on time for any scheduled appointment. Knowledgeable of the documents being notarized, and the ability to explain to the borrowers what it is that they are signing. Ensuring that every document is signed and notarized where it is needed, making certain that the signature affidavit is correct and completed correctly, explaining in detail the Closure Disclosure, the Note and the Deed of Trust, making certain that the Uniform Loan Application has the required initials / signatures and that the Right to Cancel is fully explained.
I Enjoy meeting and interacting with people having a diverse background. It brings me joy that even while signing, conversations are held regarding family activities, their children, their hobbies. That personal touch is very important in this business.
